Sister, Sister! Meet our sister cafe, Equal Exchange Espresso Bar! Located in Seattle, Wash., Equal Exchange Espresso Bar gained some attention earlier this month in The Seattle Times regarding their recent acquisition of a state-of-the-art espresso machine, the Slayer. The Slayer allows for enhanced control pulling espresso and brings out the flavors desired for a delicious shot.
